Aficionados al teatro porteño reciben cátedra sobre la construcción de guión y personajes
El destacado actor, guionista y director de teatro, Daniel Serrano impartió en Casa Haas un “Taller de Dramaturgia” donde compartió de forma dinámica sus conocimientos sobre el arte de la creación literaria y la construcción de personajes.


Además de participar como actor en varias obras de teatro y haber escrito alrededor de 15 obras,  el maestro Daniel Serrano es director de la obra “Roma en el Desierto” que se presenta este domingo 24 de septiembre a las 19:00 horas en Teatro Ángela Peralta, en el marco de actividades del Festival Internacional de Teatro “Escena Mazatlán 2017”.

De carácter afable e incisivo, Daniel Serrano inició su “Taller de Dramaturgia” al explicar los componentes básicos de la trama de la  obra y dio consejos para explotar mejor el conflicto climático al  jugar con las  rectas dramática y cronológica.

Enfatizó la importancia de crear personajes entrañables que trastoquen las emociones de los lectores y compartió consejos puntuales sobre cómo construir historias profundas a partir de elementos básicos de la creación literaria.

Más allá de comentar los cuentos que improvisaron los asistentes dentro del taller, Daniel Serrano estimuló la imaginación y el instinto creativo de sus alumnos y los ayudó  a conectarse con la historia de vida de sus personajes sin importar que éstos fueran de  reciente creación.

Por último, les mostró y recomendó lecturas como la farsa trágica de Oscar Liera “El camino rojo a Sabaiba” y les sugirió crear su propio diccionario contextualizado de palabras con el que puedan realizar una mejor labor en el arte de la composición dramática.

Mazatlecan theater fans receive lecture on the construction of script and characters

Outstanding actor, screenwriter and theater director, Daniel Serrano, gave Casa Haas a "Dramaturgy Workshop" where he dynamically shared his knowledge of the art of literary creation and the construction of characters.


In addition to participating as an actor in several plays and having written about 15 plays himself, maestro Daniel Serrano is Director of the play "Roma en el Desierto" that will be presented this Sunday, September 24 at 7:00 pm in the Ángela Peralta Theater, within the framework of activities of the Escena Mazatlán International Theater Festival 2017.


Daniel Serrano, with a kind and incisive character, started his "Dramaturgy Workshop" in explaining the basic components of the plot of the play and gave advice to better exploit the climatic conflict by playing with the dramatic and chronological lines.


He emphasized the importance of creating endearing characters that stirred the emotions of readers and shared specific advice on how to build deep stories from basic elements of literary creation.


Beyond commenting on the stories that the attendees improvised during the workshop, Daniel Serrano stimulated the imagination and the creative instinct of his students and helped them to connect with the life story of their characters regardless of whether they were newly created.


Finally, he recommended readings such as Oscar Liera´s tragic farce "The Red Road to Sabaiba" and suggested that they create his their contextualized dictionary of words with which to do a better job in the art of dramatic composition.
