Tiene 17 años, le encanta leer, hacer ejercicio y disfrutar de las bellezas naturales y arquitectónicas del puerto. Quiere ser Reina del Carnaval de Mazatlán para promover la ciudad como uno de los destinos turísticos y culturales más interesantes de México.
Aunque su mira está puesta en terminar la preparatoria e ingresar a la carrera de derecho, Alejandra sabe que administrar su tiempo y energías es primordial para continuar el legado carnestolendo que iniciaron sus tías Irma Tirado Canizález (Q.E.P.D.), en 1968 y Amina Blancarte Tirado, en 1993.
“Este año Irma Tirado Canizález será homenajeada por 50 años de reinado y Amina Blancarte, cumplirá 25. Imagínate el honor que siento de concursar y dar lo mejor de mí para poder regresar la corona a mi familia. Yo crecí viendo las imágenes de mis tías, es mi sueño ser reina. Cada evento en el que participo como candidata lo disfruto al mil por ciento, porque el amor al Carnaval se cultiva en mi familia”.
Hasta el momento, las manifestaciones, el apoyo de sus familiares y amigos y la convivencia con sus compañeras hacen de su candidatura una experiencia maravillosa, pero nada se compara con la madurez y seguridad adquiridos en estos meses de campaña, de cumplir con una agenda en la que representa con orgullo uno de los carnavales más importantes del mundo.
Alejandra tiene claro que de ser nombrada Reina, disfrutaría primero, su coronación y desfiles, para después centrarse en su objetivo de convencer a la mayor cantidad de personas que vengan a disfrutar los encantos de Mazatlán.

Alejandra wants another crown for the Tirado dynasty
Knowing that the blood of two historical Queens of the International Carnaval of Mazatlan runs through her veins, Alejandra del Rosario Tirado Tirado, seeks to conquer the crown and inherit one more triumph for the Tirado dynasty.
She is 17 years old, loves to read, exercise and enjoy the natural and architectural beauty of the port. She wants to be Queen of Carnaval of Mazatlan to promote the city as one of the most interesting tourist and cultural destinations in Mexico.
Although her focus is on finishing high school and entering law school, Alejandra knows that managing her time and energy is paramount to continue the Carnaval legacy that her aunts Irma Tirado Canizalez (RIP), in 1968, and Amina Blancarte Tirado, started. in 1993.
"This year Irma Tirado Canizález will be honored by 50 years of reign and Amina Blancarte, 25. Imagine the honor I feel to compete and give my best to return the crown to my family. I grew up seeing the images of my aunts, it´s my dream to be queen. Every event that I participate as a candidate I enjoy a thousand percent, because the love of Carnaval is cultivated in my family. "
So far, the Carnaval demonstrations, the support of family and friends and the coexistence with her friends make her candidacy a wonderful experience, but nothing compares to the maturity and security acquired in these months of campaigning, to comply with an agenda in which proudly represents one of the most important Carnavals in the world.
Alejandra is clear that if she were to be named Queen, she would first enjoy her coronation and parades, and then focus on her goal of convincing the greatest number of people to come to enjoy the charms of Mazatlan.
