Ágil, divertida y fresca. Así fue la propuesta teatral que las maestras Silvia Flores y Alejandra Quintanilla montaron para sus alumnos, un vibrante grupo de jóvenes que entre diálogos ingeniosos cargados de rimas y bromas; escenas chuscas y personajes extravagantes entretuvieron al público al plasmar una alegoría sobre el Nacimiento de Cristo.

Fernanda Castro, Anahí Deraz, Yonshesko Blandela, Roland Rodríguez, Daniel Abundis y Francisco Nava representaron a los “Pastores” hombres y mujeres que en medio de la difícil pero pacífica vida del campo, reciben la noticia del nacimiento del Hijo de Dios y emprenden un viaje para recibirlo. Será aquí en donde se produzca el gran choque de la historia: la lucha entre las fuerzas del Infierno y las huestes celestiales por el alma y la voluntad de los humildes “Pastores”.

Las participaciones de Ariel Noriega, Natza Landaverde e Ivana Hernández como los “Demonios”; Fernanda Bustamante, Giselle A. Rosas, Heidy Fuentes, Ivana Hernández, Lucía Beltrán, Emmanuel Tostado y Montserrat Torres como las “Tentaciones” y Fernando Escalera, Heidy Fuentes, Michelle Moreno y Karely Ruiz como “El Cielo”, fueron el verdadero músculo de la “Pastorela Mexicana” ya que hicieron reír a carcajadas al público y revelaron el gran trabajo que el Taller de Teatro del Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán.

La parte final de la obra tuvo como marco el nacimiento de Cristo, en donde Emmanuel Tostado, Ana Fernanda Urrea y Lucía Beltrán intervinieron para representar la escena del Pesebre: “José”, “María” y el “Ángel” recibiendo al Rey de Reyes, el verdadero motivo de toda celebración navideña y un recordatorio de que la temporada decembrina está consagrada a la fe, la esperanza y la fuerza espiritual que emana de la hermandad, la amistad y la unión familiar.

A good-humored "Pastorela Mexicana" offered at Casa Haas
