Se espera una velada memorable La Noche del Grito
Este miércoles en el Ayuntamiento de Mazatlán se dio conocer el programa artístico que espera reunir a las familias porteñas durante el tradicional Grito de Independencia, la noche del 15 de septiembre en la Plazuela República.


El Presidente Municipal, Fernando Pucheta Sánchez y el Director General del Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán, Raúl Rico González presidieron la reunión en la que garantizaron acciones de vigilancia por parte de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública, la colocación de pantallas en las calles aledañas para que un mayor número de personas puedan disfrutar el espectáculo y el servicio de camiones urbanos al concluir el evento.

Para conmemorar el 207 aniversario del inicio de la lucha independentista, la explanada exterior del Palacio Municipal acogerá una espectacular producción con música en vivo, danza folklórica, danza aérea, la actuación de la cantante Lupita D´Alessio y  una alucinante producción de juegos pirotécnicos a cargo de Jorge Márquez, artífice del espectáculo piromusical que se presenta durante el Combate Naval y creador de la iluminación del Zócalo de la Ciudad de México, durante las fiestas del Bicentenario de la Independencia.

La Leona Dormida ha sido invitada por el Ayuntamiento de Mazatlán que preside el Presidente Municipal Fernando Pucheta Sánchez, para complacer con su voz y sus más sonados éxitos a las familias mazatlecas y su actuación costará 1 millón 300 mil pesos, que serán aportados por los gobiernos municipal y estatal.

Raúl Rico comentó que  Lupita D’Alessio cantará durante noventa minutos, pero su actuación podría prolongarse en función de la reacción del público.

El  espectáculo  al que se suman artistas invitados correrá  bajo la producción y dirección general del Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán.

La noche del Grito, la Plazuela  República será flanqueada por cuatro esculturas de cinco metros de altura, para simbolizar los diferentes personajes que participaron en  la guerra independentista. Serán tres figuras masculinas, que representan los soldados combatientes, los héroes anónimos y la participación de mujer. La obra es del artista regiomontano Jorge González Neri.

Para comenzar a despertar el fervor patrio, los festejos comenzarán el jueves 7 de septiembre, con un concierto de Oscar Gómez en el Teatro Ángela Peralta a las 20:00 horas; en la primera parte estará acompañado por músicos de la Camerata Mazatlán, dirigida por el maestro Percival Álvarez y después por la Banda Mariachi Continental.

Las celebraciones previas a la Noche del Grito  continuarán el 13 de septiembre con “Entre polkas y redovas” en el Teatro Ángela Peralta a las 20:00 horas; un espectáculo que recogerá los bailes más representativos de los estados del norte de México con la actuación del Ballet Folklórico del Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán. 

La celebración del 15 de septiembre comenzará a las 18:00 horas con el arribo de la bandera nacional a la Plazuela República; a las 18:10 abrirá los festejos el grupo Escala de Percusiones bajo la dirección de Manuel Rocha; a las 19:00 horas el popular Cuarteto de los Hermanos Osuna complacerá con lo mejor del bolero y la música romántica; a las 20:00 horas se abrirá la pista de baile con la actuación de La Flotilla del Ritmo.

El jolgorio continuará a las 20:50 con las danzas del Ballet Folklórico del Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán; después la artista mazatleca Heidi Herrera pondrá a cantar al público durante su show “Lo que cantamos las mujeres” de 21:30 a 22:00 horas. A las 22:05 sonarán los talentos musicales del Ensamble Tradicional Mexicano acompañado de las coreografías del Ballet Folklórico de Cultura.

La Banda de Guerra y la escolta de la III Región Militar llegará a las 22:50 para entregar la bandera al Presidente Municipal Fernando Pucheta Sánchez y rendir  honores al lábaro patrio; después el Alcalde se trasladará hacia el balcón y  en punto de las 23:00 horas, lanzará  el Grito de Independencia  y hacer honores a los héroes que nos dieron Patria. 

Como preámbulo a la actuación de Lupita D´Alessio, quien cantará los éxitos que la han mantenido en el gusto del público a lo largo de su controversial carrera artística, el Himno Nacional y el repicar de las campañas darán la bienvenida a una lluvia de juegos pirotécnicos, una deslumbrante producción de juegos pirotécnicos a cargo de Jorge Márquez, autor del alucinante espectáculo piromusical que se presenta durante el Combate Naval.

A memorable evening awaits The Night of the “Grito”


On this Wednesday, in the City of Mazatlán, the artistic program that hopes to reunite Mazatlecan families during the traditional “Grito” of Independence, the night of September 15 in the Plazuela Republic was announced.


Municipal President Fernando Pucheta Sánchez and the General Director of the Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlan, Raúl Rico González, presided over the meeting in which they guaranteed vigilance from the Secretary of Public Security, the placement of screens in the surrounding streets so that a greater number of people can enjoy the show, and the service of urban buses at the end of the event.


To commemorate the 207th anniversary of the beginning of the independence struggle, the exterior square of the Municipal Palace will host a spectacular production with live music, folk dance, aerial dance, the performance of singer Lupita D´Alessio and an amazing production of fireworks by Jorge Márquez, the artisan of the pyromusical show that presented during the Naval Combat, and creator of the lighting of the Zócalo of Mexico City, during the Bicentennial of Independence.


The “Leona Dormida” (sleeping lioness) has been invited by the City of Mazatlán presided over by Municipal President Fernando Pucheta Sánchez, to please Mazatlecan families with her voice and her most successful songs and her performance will cost $1,300,000 pesos, that will be contributed by the Municipal and State governments.


Raul Rico commented that Lupita D´Alessio will sing for ninety minutes, but her performance could be prolonged according to the reaction of the public.
The show to which guest artists are added will run under the production and general direction of the Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán.


On the night of the Grito, Republic Square will be flanked by four sculptures, five meters high, to symbolize the different characters who participated in the war for independence. There will be three male figures, representing combat soldiers, anonymous heroes and the participation of women. The work is by artist Jorge Gonzalez Neri.


To begin to arouse the patriotic fervor, the celebrations will begin on Thursday September 7, with a concert of Oscar Gómez at the Ángela Peralta Theater at 8 pm; In the first part  he will be accompanied by musicians from the Camerata Mazatlán, directed by the maestro Percival Álvarez and later by the Banda Mariachi Continental.


The celebrations prior to the “Noche del Grito” will continue on September 13 with "Entre Polkas y Redovas" at the Ángela Peralta Theater at 8 pm; A show that will gather the most representative dances of the northern states of Mexico with the performance of the Ballet Folklorico of the Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán.


The celebration of September 15 will begin at 6 pm with the arrival of the national flag to Plazuela Republica; At 6:10, the celebrations will open with Grupo Escal Percussiones under the direction of Manuel Rocha, At 7 pm the popular Quarteto de los Hermanos Osuna will please with the best of Bolero and romantic music; At 8 pm the dance floor will open with the performance of The Flotilla del Ritmo.


The fun will continue at 8:50 with the dances of the Ballet Folklorico of the Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán; Later Mazatlecan artist Heidi Herrera will sing to the public during her show "Lo que Cantamos las Mujeres" (what women sing) from 9:30 to 10 pm. At 10:05 the musical talents of the Ensemble Tradicional Mexicano accompanied by the choreographies of the Ballet Folklorico of Cultura.


The Banda de Guerra and the escort of the III Military Region will arrive at 10:50 to deliver the flag to Municipal President Fernando Pucheta Sánchez and to pay honor to patriotic work; Then the Mayor will move to the balcony and at 11, and will launch the “Grito de Independencia” and honor the heroes who gave us Patria.


As a prelude to the performance of Lupita D´Alessio, who will sing her biggest hits that have kept her in the public´s favor throughout her controversial artistic career, the National Anthem and the ringing of the bells will welcome a shower of fireworks, a dazzling production by Jorge Márquez, creator of the amazing pyromusical show that is presented during the Naval Combat.
