Con apenas 7 años, alumna del Colegio Andes, Gretel demuestra una gran confianza al señalar que siempre ha soñado con formar parte de la historia de la máxima tradición porteña.

“Cuando yo vi un Carnaval desde más chiquita a mí me gustó y quise concursar para reina”, comparte la simpática candidata.

Amante del futbol y el ballet, Gretel confesó que se ha divertido a lo grande con todo el revuelo carnavalero: sesiones de fotos, manifestaciones y la presentación de candidatas han sido experiencias inolvidables que le han permitido vivir de cerca el impacto que tiene la fiesta en la comunidad mazatleca.

Vivir la intensidad y magia del Carnaval junto a su familia ha sido lo más importante para Gretel, ya que en momentos de cansancio, de júbilo o de tensión ellos han estado allí para recordarle lo más importante.

“Ellos siempre me dicen que me quieren mucho, que quieren que me la pase bien y que esté muy alegre en este carnaval”.

Por último la tierna Gretel comparte que ella ya se reconoce como una ganadora, y que este 19 de enero, durante el Cómputo Final para elegir a Rey de la Alegría y Reina Infantil, vivirá una gran noche.

“Estoy muy orgullosa de formar parte del Carnaval. Me siento bien, muy alegre.”

Gretel Yamileth: proud to be part of Carnaval history

Gretel Yamileth Ochoa Pineda is the smallest candidate for the Children´s Queen of the Mazatlan International Carnival 2018: Patasalada, the Circus of the Talents.

Just 7 years old, a student of the Andes School, Gretel demonstrates great confidence by pointing out that she has always dreamed of being part of the history of the greatest tradition in Mazatlan.

"When I saw a Carnaval when I was younger, I liked it and wanted to compete to be a queen", shares the nice candidate.

A lover of soccer and ballet, Gretel confessed that she had great fun with all the Carnaval uproar: photo sessions, demonstrations and the presentation of candidates have been unforgettable experiences that have allowed her to closely experience the impact that the fiesta has on the Mazatlecan community.

Living the intensity and magic of Carnaval with her family has been the most important for Gretel, since in moments of fatigue, joy or tension they have been there to remind her of the most important thing.

"They always tell me that they love me very much, that they want me to have a good time and to be very happy in this Carnaval."

Finally the tender Gretel shares that she already recognizes herself as a winner, and that this January 19, during the Final Countdown to elect the King of Joy and Child Queen, she will lhave a great night.
