Y aunque no tiene un hada madrina como la Cenicienta, el personaje de su película preferida,  aspira a ganar la corona infantil  para convertirse en embajadora de la bondad y  humildad, valores que encuentra en su princesa favorita.

“La Cenicienta es mi princesa favorita porque ella es bondadosa, sufre, es paciente y se deja, pero cuando su hada madrina la transforma, ella ya con su vestido de princesa les da a todos una lección de valentía, de  bondad,  humildad y de perdón”.

Alumna del quinto año en el Colegio Begsu, donde ha despertado su gusto por la geografía y las matemáticas,  esta pequeña de espigada figura y mirada profunda y juguetona, se siente muy contenta pues durante la contienda ha recibido muchas muestras de apoyo y cariño de gente que nunca antes había visto.

“Participar en el certamen para elegir a la Reina Infantil del Carnaval de Mazatlán es una experiencia muy padre la verdad, en  las manifestaciones  me ha gustado ver a la gente en la calle y saludarla, regalar sonrisas, mi sonrisa es real no la tengo falsa”, dice como quien presume su tesoro más preciado. 

Shuleyka asegura  estar preparada para llegar al cómputo final, este viernes 19 de enero a las 18:00 horas en la Plazuela República.

Ese día espera recibir los aplausos del público y  conquistar la corona infantil con la ayuda de su comité de campaña, que entre otras actividades organizó un desayuno para recaudar fondos.

Sobre el aprendizaje que le ha dejado esta experiencia como candidata al reinado infantil del Carnaval de Mazatlán, Shuleyka no duda en responder: 

“Yo en esta competencia vine a disfrutar, a hacer amigos, quiero pasar a la historia de los Carnavales de Mazatlán y estoy preparada para lo que venga”.

Finalmente invita a todas las niñas de Mazatlán a no quedarse con las ganas e inscribirse como aspirantes al trono infantil.

“Es una experiencia muy bonita y quiero que todas las niñas  la disfruten”.

Shuleyka wants to be a kind queen

Shuleyka Belén Millán López is a very nice and sociable girl, she is ten years old and aspires to become Queen of the Carnaval Internacional Mazatlan 2018.

And, although she does not have a fairy godmother like Cinderella, the character in her favorite movie, she aspires to win the children´s crown to become an ambassador of kindness and humility, values she finds in her favorite princess.

"Cinderella is my favorite princess because she is kind, she suffers, she is patient and she is left, but when her fairy godmother transforms her, she already with her princess dress, gives everyone a lesson in courage, kindness, humility and forgiveness".

Student of the fifth year at Begsu College, where she has found her taste for geography and mathematics, this little girl with a slender figure and a deep and playful look, feels very happy because during the race she has received many expressions of support and affection from people that she had never seen before.

"Participating in the contest to elect the Children´s Queen of Carnaval Mazatlan is a very true parenting experience, in the demonstrations I liked to see people in the street and say hello, give smiles, my smile is real I do not have a false one" She says as if she is bragging about her most precious treasure.

Shuleyka says she is ready to reach the final count, this Friday, January 19 at 6:00 p.m. in Plaza Republica.

That day she hopes to receive the applause of the public and conquer the children´s crown with the help of her campaign committee, which among other activities organized a breakfast to raise funds.

On theknowledge that this experience has given her as a candidate for the children´s reign of Mazatlan´s Carnaval, Shuleyka does not hesitate to answer:
be in the history of the Mazatlan Carnavals and I am ready for whatever comes."

Finally, she invites all the girls of Mazatlan not to keep the desire secret and to register as aspirants to the children´s throne.

"It´s a very nice experience and I want all girls to enjoy it."
